Moraitis Ownership

As at 8 May 2006, the Moraitis Group shareholders divested 49% of the Group to Catalyst Investment Managers (“Catalyst”). Catalyst is one of the leading private equity firms in the Australasian market and manages funds in excess of $500m.

As Moraitis continues to expand in an industry that is reflecting large organic growth, it was felt that there was an opportunity to introduce a partner that could assist the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
